LABORATORY MATERIALS TESTING:
Materials testing performed in the Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. laboratory is performed by technicians that are certified by the Nevada Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (NAQTC) in sampling and density, aggregates, and asphalt. In addition, Portland cement concrete is tested by American Concrete Institute (ACI)-certified concrete strength testing technicians.
Black Eagle Consulting, Inc.’s laboratory also participates in the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) reference sample program, as well as the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) reference sample program.
