Black Eagle Consulting, Inc.’s environmental staff has a broad range and depth of expertise and a proven track record of responding in a cost-effective and time-sensitive manner to serve our clients’ environmental consulting needs. Our personnel exhibit more than 20 years of experience providing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, remedial site characterizations, remedial strategy and design for cleanup of petroleum hydrocarbon and other contaminants in both soils and ground water.
