Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has been retained by Carson City Public Works Department to perform materials testing and inspection during construction of the East Washington Street CDBG Pedestrian Improvements project. This project will involve the removal and replacement of Portland cement concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, as well as the installation of storm drain culvert and asphalt concrete pavement. Work is scheduled to begin in April 2010.
