Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has been retained by Eco:Logic and the Truckee Meadows Water Authority to provide geotechnical consultation, materials testing and inspection during construction of the Glendale Avenue Water Supply Improvement Project in Reno, Nevada. This project, located in the Truckee River, will include foundation grouting of the Truckee River streambed within the project limits, as well as the construction of a new Portland cement concrete intake structure and fish ladder. Work is scheduled to begin in July 2010.
